In this brief introduction, we would like to give you some information about Orbital Travel, how we work, and how we will look after your holiday arrangements should you decide to travel with us.

Within our Seychelles programme we continue our commitment to our clients to provide  a high quality holiday experience. What do we do that's different? We bring the quality and experience we have gained from sending thousands of clients to Egypt and Cyprus for many years, to our Seychelles programme. All the hotels you will see on this site have been inspected personally by a member of staff, this we will continue to do on a regular basis to ensure that our standards are maintained. 

When starting a new destination, one vital thing is to ensure that you select a partner on the ground who really cares about clients, Orbital Travel are delighted to be working with Creole Travel Services. Creole will be a seamless extension to the way in which we deal with our client's holiday. Our relationship with them gives us access to very competitive rates and first class levels of service, ensuring the highest standard of customer care and attention while in resort. Creole Travel Services have a great reputation within Seychelles as one of the top agencies and are well known for their local knowledge and helpful staff. We are very pleased to be working with them.

When we started our business, one of the first things we did was to ensure that bonding was in place to protect our clients. Our aim was to ensure that clients would not lose their money due to failure of another company beyond our control. After looking at the bonding types available to us, we chose the Travel Trust Association. The TTA hold all of our client's money in a trust fund until they return from their holiday, only then are the funds released to us. Orbital Travel is also bonded with the CAA within the ATOL license scheme which allows us to package flights with our contracted accommodation. Every element of your holiday is covered from the moment you place your booking with us.

Our aim is to provide our clients with a holiday experience that will be remembered for many years to come. As my wife said to me when I joined the company "never forget that we are dealing with somebody’s holiday".  I'm pleased to say that we will still hold this thought close during all our dealings with our clients and partners.
