This delightful hotel is situated at the tip of a 3km white sandy beach on the Côte d’Or, under the protective presence of an outcrop of enormous granite boulders – making it private and secluded. Beautifully landscaped tropical lawns and gardens lead down directly onto the shallow and protected bay. The small clusters of chalets are scattered within the grounds, tastefully furnished in a Creole style.  There is an attractive swimming pool in front of the restaurant, alongside the childrens' pool and surrounding wood sundecks.

A small spa facility offers a range of massage and beauty treatments. The massage oils and facial, body and bath products are made from a range of locally manufactured organic products and botanical extracts.

The hotel has an extensive range of leisure activities from nature walks and shell collecting to aerobics and cycling. A varied selection of water sports including windsurfing, kayaks and snorkelling is available as well as boat excursions and the facilities of a PADI dive centre.

Paradise Sun is tucked away on the north eastern side of Praslin, 30 minutes from Praslin airport and 25 minutes from Baie Ste Anne jetty.

The main restaurant on the beach offers themed international and Creole buffet dishes. Lunches and snacks are also available at the beach bar restaurant. Guests may also reserve a table for à la carte dining directly on the beach.

The spacious, ocean-facing chalet style rooms, in single or double story buildings, are furnished in a traditional, simple Creole style with louvered doors leading onto a large balcony or terrace. Deluxe rooms are more spacious.

Sunset Cruise

A highlight at Paradise Sun is the complimentary weekly sunset cruise which operates on a  Wednesday and lasts about 2 hours. Departing at 4.30pm it sails around the local coastline of Praslin providing wonderful sunset views. Drinks are available on board.
